Brief Biography:
Teri Bengiveno received her BA in Liberal Studies and MA in Women's Studies from San Jose State University, and she received her Ph.D. in American Studies from the University of Hawaii. She has taught at Cabrillo College, West Valley College, Sonoma State University, University of Hawaii, Golden Gate University, and San Jose State University, where she currently teaches American Studies. She is a member of the California Italian American Studies Committee and is Co-chair of the National Women's Studies Women's Spirituality Task Force.
