Morphology, Distribution, and Habitat (After Hickman, 1993)

The fruit is 2.5-3.5 millimeters, compressed, weakley 2-3 angled, smooth, shiny, dark brown, sides convex, tip truncate, and the beak is 0.1-0.2 millimeters. The plant is found in marshes and is distributed almost worldwide.
